Meaningful results for our partners and communities

As part of ACT’s role as a Community Investor, ACT works with Urban Action Community Development (UACD) and Qualified Active Low-Income Community Businesses (QALICBs) to maximize the impact of Mew Markets Tax Credit projects for communities hosting those projects. This strengthens connections between projects and communities, while identifying and enhancing the benefits to low-income communities emphasized in the NMTC program. ACT provides QALICBs with partnerships and toolkits to help their projects succeed.
