Meaningful results for our partners and communities

As part of ACT’s role as a Community Investor, ACT works with Urban Action Community Development (UACD) and Qualified Active Low-Income Community Businesses (QALICBs) to maximize the impact of Mew Markets Tax Credit projects for communities hosting those projects.¬†This strengthens connections between projects and communities, while identifying and enhancing the benefits to low-income communities emphasized in the NMTC program. ACT provides QALICBs with partnerships and toolkits to help their projects succeed.
